We process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping within the Netherlands is free. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.

You can return your order within 30 days. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Is there something wrong with your product? Contact us and we'll fix it.

What is the size?

• Our clothing runs slightly small. If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. To be sure, consult the size chart.

Can I change my order?

• As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can often still change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@futureluck.nl.

What if my package is delayed?

• Sometimes a package can be delayed by the delivery service. First, check your track & trace. If your package hasn't arrived after a few days, please contact us, and we'll look into it for you.

• Do not bleach or tumble dry.
• Allow to air dry.
• Iron inside out on low temperature.
• Do not iron over the print.
